Outdoor Pool Opening Times: Sunrise – Sunset*
Indoor Pool Opening Times: 6.30am – 9pm & 7.30am – 8pm Saturday & Sunday
Children’s Indoor Splash Times: 9am – 10am & 3.30pm – 5.30pm
*7am – 8.15am adults only swimming, 8.15am – 9am Aqua Class. Adults only Sunrise – 8am.
INDOOR POOL
Water is at the heart of the spa experience. The heated indoor pool offers space for unhurried lengths or slow, restorative floating, while the hydrotherapy pool encourages muscles to soften and tension to melt away.
